Upon discovery by Dr. Ch Buess at ETH Zurich this ultra sound transit time flow measurement has been evaluated and applied in countless research projects; for example also at Max Planck Institute, at MIT in ESRA and space projects with NASA as well as with the MIR station programs.
Commercially TrueFlow has been successfully sold first in the USA since 2000 incorporated in the by now world famous EasyOne.
EasyOne is part of a family of maintenance free spirometers developed for the use in primary care markets (typically general practitioners; office spirometry in the USA).
